How I Work
I don’t hand everybody the same cookie-cutter plan. We start with what I already know about you, and you decide how far we go.
Step 1, I read your history
Before I order a single test, I go through your records and any labs you have had done. A lot of the time the answer is already sitting in your chart. It just takes somebody with the time to go looking. Most visits don’t allow for that. Mine do.
Step 2, You choose how deep to look
Blood work, DNA testing, gut testing, food allergy testing, or DUTCH hormone testing. I will tell you straight what each one shows, and you set the budget and the depth.
Step 3, We go over the results together
Not “everything looks fine.” A real list of what is off and what I want to fix first.
Step 4, We build your plan
Supplements, hormones, peptides, IV therapy, whatever fits, and I adjust it as you start feeling better.
